In the historic times of pre-season, the period between the end of winter and the beginning of spring was the time to eat out all the winter and autumn supplies. In poor rural families this meant a diet consisting essentially root vegetables which had the best toleration for a few months of pumping and all weeds that could be found in the forest. In richer families meals was dominated by venison, mushrooms and root vegetables which was intensely seasoned with herbs 

We offer you special seasonal mix, consisting fish and meat seasoned in aromatic herbs, tubers and roots with the addition of mushrooms and pumpkin. Unusual dishes  will fill and warm you up and give you some extra energy to survive until the spring beggins!
